Mitchell Hickman

Mitchell Hickman currently serves as the Director of Regulated Services at TMF Group, focusing on supporting entities in obtaining authorisation from DFSA and ADGM while managing a compliance team. Previously, Hickman held the position of Head of Risk for Binance in the UAE, where responsibility included developing risk strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and collaborating on risk assessments. Prior to that, Hickman was the Group Head of Risk at PayTabs, overseeing enterprise risk management, fraud monitoring, and information security. Additional experience includes leadership roles in risk management at UAE Exchange and Gulf Finance, and advisory roles in risk management for financial institutions. Hickman's career began at Lloyds TSB, with a progression through various positions in commercial and credit management. Education includes an International Certificate in Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management and a Higher National Certificate in Business & Finance from Halesowen College.
