Dean Ramsay

Prior to this role, Dean worked as a Research Director at Telecoms Tracker from January 2018 to June 2021, focusing on next-generation themes in the telecom industry. With a background in senior analyst roles at companies like Analysys Mason and Visiongain, Dean specializes in telecom software, service fulfillment, and IT spending strategies for CSPs. Dean also has experience as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Epsilon Telecommunications and as a Senior Data Analyst at Verizon Business. Dean holds a BA in English Literature from Anglia Ruskin University.
