Damien Scott has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for both TML and Townsville Logistics since October 2018. Prior to this, Damien held various roles at Northern Stevedoring Services, including Operations Manager from January 2017 to October 2018, and extensive positions over a 22-year span, including Planning Superintendent and Shift Manager. Damien also worked as Operations Manager for Pacific National and held the position of Bulk and General Manager at Northern Stevedoring Services earlier in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Diploma of Maritime and Logistics Management, Ports and Terminals from the Australian Maritime College, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
