Mia Folkins

Mia Folkins is an experienced professional in human resources and client relations, currently serving as a People Operations Specialist at The Marketing Practice since April 2021, where previous roles include Executive Assistant and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior experience at Top Hat as a Technical Recruiter and Enterprise Client Training Specialist involved managing high-risk enterprise deals and achieving sales renewal targets, earning recognition as “Employee of the Month” in January. Mia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of York and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Queen's University, in addition to participating in an International Exchange Program in the same field at Bader College.
