James Pareigis

James Pareigis, AIA, LEED AP has been with TMPartners since December 2007, where James currently serves as a Team Leader and Senior Associate. With extensive experience in healthcare and senior living planning and design, James is also adept in client relationship management, construction document production, and post-construction services. Prior to joining TMPartners, James worked at Hart Freeland Roberts, Inc. from September 1992 to November 2007 as a Project Architect, specializing in healthcare architecture with a focus on senior living design. James received their BA in Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1992.
