Joe T. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joe started their career as a Varsity Letterman at the University of Georgia Football team, where they played from 1993 to 1995. After that, they joined the United States Marine Corps and held various roles, including Director of Information Technology and Director of Operations in different divisions, from 1996 to 2005.
From 2005 to 2006, Joe worked as an IT Operations Manager for the Theater Communications Control Center at USCENTCOM, managing a budget of $40M and overseeing assets valued at over $1.7B. Joe then became the Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Iraq Assistance Group, where they supervised the C2 network support for military transition teams in Iraq.
After their service in the Marine Corps, Joe worked as a Management Consultant for Independent Consultant Information & Technology, DOD Acquisitions, PPBE in 2014. Later that year, they joined Woolpert as a Director until 2016.
In 2013, Joe worked for USSOCOM as an IT Project Director and a Deputy Director Ground Requirements. Joe was responsible for planning, managing, and resourcing IT systems and programs, as well as negotiating divestiture and achieving significant savings.
Most recently, Joe served as the Chief Executive Officer of TMPC INC starting in 2016. In this role, they successfully negotiated contracts with the Veterans Administration and supervised the company's growth, including the hiring of full-time employees and expansion of networks.

Joe T. has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Religion/Religious Studies from The University of Georgia, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Joe then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs from Salve Regina University, graduating from 2010 to 2014. Finally, Joe T. completed their education with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunications Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006.
