Rabiul Karim is a Bangladeshi-born business leader with over 30 years of experience in technology-based services across various industries, including software, retail, and education. Currently, Rabiul serves as Executive Vice President at Fama Cash, a fintech venture focused on using emerging technologies to enhance mobile transaction services for underserved markets. Rabiul has dedicated much of their career to empowering underprivileged communities in Bangladesh and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wichita State University. They are a member of the Board of Advisors for TMSS, the largest women-oriented NGO in Bangladesh, and have held roles such as Founding Director of the Mayflower Clinic and Founding Board Member of Pundra University of Science & Technology. Rabiul is also recognized for their contributions as a former Chairperson of the Federation of Bangladeshi Associations in North America.
