Taipei Meidcal University (TMU) Biomed Accelerator is a hospital-anchored biomedical accelerator dedicated to translating clinical insight into impactful healthcare innovation.

Based within Taipei Medical University and its affiliated hospital system, we bridge medicine, engineering, and entrepreneurship to support startups developing medical devices, digital health, diagnostics, and therapeutic technologies. Our strength lies in deep clinical integration—enabling teams to validate real unmet needs, access expert clinicians, conduct early clinical evaluation, and navigate regulatory and commercialization pathways.

We work closely with physicians, researchers, founders, and industry partners to accelerate ideas from bedside to market, supporting projects through prototyping, clinical feasibility, IP strategy, regulatory planning, fundraising preparation, and industry connection.
