Prior to this role, Karoline served as the Sr. Director of Investor Relations & Communications at Canopy Rivers Inc. and held a similar position at Spin Master. Karoline started their career as an Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin after graduating with a Juris Doctor degree in Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and an Hon. BA in Political Science, English, and Sociology from the University of Toronto.
