Mark Luceri

Mark Luceri serves as the Director of Human Resources for the US Region and Head of Talent and Organizational Development at TMX Group since April 2022, overseeing Talent Management, Learning, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives. Prior to this role, Mark held several senior leadership positions at McCain Foods, including Vice President of Organizational Development for the Americas and Global Organizational Development, contributing significantly to one of the largest manufacturers of frozen French fries. Mark has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in Talent Management and Organizational Development, with previous roles at Barrick Gold Corporation, the City of Mississauga, Ontario Power Generation, Research In Motion, Canadian Tire, and DHL. Mark's educational background includes degrees from the University of Michigan, the University of Toronto, and Ryerson University in various aspects of Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety.
