Ryan Pond

Ryan Pond is a strategic PMO leader with over 13 years of experience in driving data center infrastructure, logistics, and technology projects across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Director of Programme Management at TMX Transform, Ryan oversees major accounts with notable clients such as Google and Uniqlo. Previously, Ryan held the position of Area Head of PMO at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where they established PMO governance frameworks and managed significant investment projects in Southeast Asia. Ryan's earlier roles include Regional Project Director at Linfox, where they implemented digitization efforts and led high-capex logistics projects across multiple countries. Ryan earned a Diploma of Global Management from INSEAD and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Logistics, Materials & Supply Chain Management at Griffith University.
