TNB Power Generation Sdn Bhd also known as TNB Genco was incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of TNB on 1st October 2020 to spearhead TNB’s power generation role to provide secure, stable, reliable and sustainable power in contributing to the long-term energy needs of the country with E2E capabilities ranging from plant development, O&M to end-of-life management.
At TNB Genco, we are aspired to become a top power generation solutions provider that sustainably delivers value to all stakeholders by 2025 focusing on key strategic initiatives: Turnaround Excellence, Productivity Uplift and Asset & Service Expansion whilst sustaining BAU performance within PPA levels.

Moving forward, TNB Genco will accelerate plant turnaround program for new fleets and sustain the impact of value uplifts, develop pipeline of new assets plant-ups & service businesses and unlock productivity savings.
