Al Moghadam

Al Moghadam is a Senior Geomechanics Specialist at TNO, focusing on well integrity, well leakage, and geomechanical projects across geothermal, CCS, and oil and gas sectors. They previously held positions as a Post-Doctoral Fellow and Research Associate at the University of Alberta, where they managed a shale gas team and conducted extensive research on shale geomechanics. Al's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Reservoir Geomechanics from the University of Alberta and a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from Sharif University of Technology. Their professional experience also includes teaching and consulting roles, contributing significant advancements in well integrity modeling and remediation technologies.
