Ellen H.

Ellen H. is currently the Deputy Head of Department at TNO. Previously, Ellen served as a Project Manager at EUREKA Network, where they oversaw project management practices and operational efficiency. Ellen also held roles as a Programme Management Specialist at ENTSO-E and as a Project Officer at EUREKA Network, contributing to various initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and operational processes. Ellen holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Antwerp and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Universität Wien, alongside a degree in Social Policy and Social Interventions from Utrecht University.
