Frank Fransen

Frank Fransen is a Senior Scientist in Cyber Security at TNO ICT, a position held since January 2003. Prior to this role, Frank served as a Scientist specializing in information security at KPN Research from October 1995 to December 2002. Frank holds a Master of Science degree in Informatietechniek from Eindhoven University of Technology, obtained between 1992 and 1995, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technique from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed from 1988 to 1992.
