Inés Martínez

Inés Martínez is a seasoned professional in the field of telecommunications with extensive experience in project management and spectrum optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for ICT at TNO since February 2024, Inés previously held multiple roles at VodafoneZiggo, including Manager of RAN Engineering and Network Access Deploy Manager, where responsibilities included deploying innovative solutions to enhance mobile network capacity in the Netherlands. At Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones, Inés led the Radiocommunications Optimization department, focusing on electromagnetic spectrum optimization and overseeing critical projects such as the 800 MHz rebanding. Additionally, Inés has contributed to academia as a professor at UNAM, teaching telecommunications engineering topics. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
