Jonathan Moncada

Jonathan Moncada is a highly experienced professional in sustainability studies and chemical engineering, currently serving as a Scientist Integrator at TNO since April 2020. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Technische Universiteit Delft from October 2018 to April 2020 and held the position of Junior Researcher at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, Utrecht University, from January 2014 to July 2018, where participation in projects such as MicroAlgae Biorefineries took place. Jonathan's experience also includes consultancy roles at FAO, focusing on biofuel tools and techno-economic assessment of second-generation ethanol production. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Sustainability Studies from Utrecht University, an MS in Chemical Engineering, and a BE in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
