Joris Janssen

Joris Janssen is a Research Scientist at TNO Human Factors since September 2008, specializing in Human Machine Interaction (HMI) with a focus on developing and evaluating interfaces. Previously, Joris completed an internship at Northwestern University's ArticuLab from November 2006 to April 2007, where improvements were made to a conversational agent designed to assist children in developing critical language skills. Joris holds a Master of Science degree in Human Media Interaction from the University of Twente (2005 - 2007) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the same institution (2001 - 2005). Joris completed secondary education at Bonaventura College, achieving VWO qualifications from 1998 to 2001.
