Kas Jansen

Kas Jansen is a Medior Scientist Integrator at TNO, focusing on integrating sustainability into projects and conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) to assess environmental impacts. Prior experience includes serving as a Sustainability Consultant at BAM Infraconsult, where responsibilities encompassed LCA in SimaPro, Environmental Cost Indicator calculations, and developing sustainable solutions for infrastructure projects. Previous roles include conducting research on invasive plant species at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, an internship with UNIDO to initiate a Green Action Plan, and a research internship at Can Tho University exploring urban flood measures. Kas Jansen holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Science in Delta Management from HZ University of Applied Sciences, along with a minor from Delft University of Technology in Green-Blue Cities.
