Kay Cesar serves as a Program Coordinator for "Advanced Solar Parks" at TNO since April 2018, driving the development of future solar parks in the Netherlands. Additionally, Kay is the Chair of the National Consortium Solar in Landscape, established in collaboration with WUR in 2017, focusing on overcoming obstacles related to solar park integration through innovative solutions. Prior to TNO, Kay was a Senior Researcher at ECN from October 2007 to April 2018, contributing to solar energy projects. Kay holds a Ph.D. from EPFL in hydrogen production and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering with an emphasis on solar cells from Delft University of Technology.
