Kay de Wit

Kay de Wit is a Scientist Specialist and Scientist Innovator at TNO since January 2020 and is also an External PhD candidate at Universiteit van Amsterdam, focusing on intimidation within the Faculty of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Kay's research includes defining intimidation through empirical evidence and has previously worked as a graduating intern at TNO in Human Behaviour and Organisational Innovation. Prior experiences include research internships at SEIN and Leiden University Medical Center, where investigations revolved around sleep-related phenomena. Additional roles include production and care work in the healthcare sector and a cashier position, showcasing a diverse professional background. Kay holds a Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Science in Brain and Cognition in Society, and Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology, all from the University of Amsterdam.
