Kerry Malone

Kerry Malone is a Senior Scientist at TNO with over twenty-two years of experience in transport, focusing primarily on Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS) for the past fifteen years. They have played a significant role in decision-making regarding new technologies by estimating deployment benefits and costs, and have developed methodologies for impact assessments, often for European clients. Previously, they served as a Policy Analyst at RAND Europe from 1995 to 2000 and completed their PhD in Operations Research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1995.
