Luis P.

Luis P. is a seasoned professional in the field of solar energy and engineering, currently serving as a Solar Engineer Researcher at TNO since June 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Product Test Engineer at Skytree and a PV Test Engineer at the European Space Agency, where responsibilities included testing solar generator hardware. Luis also contributed as an R&D Solar Engineer at the University of Évora, focusing on molten salt technology, and had a significant tenure at Lógica E.M. S.A. developing test procedures and engineering solutions for photovoltaic systems. Early career experiences involved project development for solar power plants and vocational education in renewable energy topics. Luis holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade do Minho and participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Czech Technical University in Prague.
