Malte van Veen

Malte van Veen is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Amsterdam UMC since March 2020, focusing on the impacts of remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic on physical health outcomes. Previously, Malte conducted a PhD study on the mental health of young workers and has been serving as a Researcher at TNO since September 2017, where the work emphasizes mental health and the psychosocial work environment. Malte's experience includes a tenure as a Trainee at Sharehouse Living Lab and roles in business development and communications, project management, and consultancy. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Epidemiology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Master of Science in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Leuphana University of Lüneburg. Malte also has a background in music as a guitarist and singer and completed civil service at DRK KV-Einbeck.
