Marcel Vullings is an experienced professional in the fields of prefabrication, sustainability, and reuse. Currently serving as an Expert in prefabrication at TNO since February 2022, Marcel has also worked as an independent advisor since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Marcel held positions as Director and Technical Director in the precast concrete engineering sector from January 2006 to July 2019 and was a Project Leader at TNO from November 2001 to December 2005. Marcel's career began in 1993 as a Constructor/Project Leader in engineering, lasting until October 2001. Marcel Vullings earned an engineering degree in Structural Design from TU/e.
