Mark Boerman

Mark Boerman is an experienced L&D Consultant at TNO since October 2017, specializing in identifying and nurturing top talent. Previously, Mark served as the owner and consultant at Professional Development @ Work from January 2005 to January 2018, where a focus was placed on optimizing talent conditions for professional growth. Mark's diverse background includes management roles at multiple organizations, such as Evean and KPN Mobile, emphasizing talent development and management. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Learning & Development from TIAS and a degree in Movement Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, complemented by a background in physiotherapy from HZ University of Applied Sciences.
