Mathilde Miedema

Mathilde Miedema is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and development, currently serving as Program Director for the Innovation for Development program at TNO since January 2007. Miedema has previously facilitated inclusive innovation as a member of the inspiration board at BoP Innovation Center from September 2010 to September 2015 and worked as an Account Manager in TNO's Quality of Life division, linking the private sector to innovative networks from 2003 to 2006. Miedema also held the position of Senior Consultant at TNO Work & Employment, focusing on R&D strategies and client engagement from 2000 to 2004. The early career includes setting up a physiotherapy department at Yayasan Sayap Ibu in Indonesia and managing an employment agency for physiotherapists at JAMMI. Academic credentials encompass a Master's degree in Human Movement Sciences from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, complemented by professional training at the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship.
