Mirjam Bartels is an experienced manager with a robust background in information management and IT change. Currently serving as the Manager Demand & IT Change and Research Manager at TNO since April 2018, Mirjam oversees the Data & Informatie Nederlandse Ondergrond department and the implementation of the Basregistratie Ondergrond. Previously, at Staatsbosbeheer, responsibilities included managing ICT, information management, project management, and facility services from September 2014 to April 2018. Mirjam also held managerial positions at Het CAK and PWN, focusing on establishing and enhancing information management frameworks.
