Niels Held is a scientist innovator at TNO since February 2023, with previous experience as a student assistant at Universiteit Leiden from July 2022 to January 2023. Niels also contributed to the editorial team at Leidsch Dagblad in the summer of 2021 and worked as part of the scheduling team at Lyceo between October 2019 and May 2021. An ambassador for Direct Result from September 2015 to August 2017, Niels possesses a strong educational background, including a Master's degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Leiden University, as well as a minor in Journalism and New Media. Niels attended Victoria University of Wellington and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Leiden University, along with completing Gymnasium at Christelijk Gymnasium Sorghvliet.
