Paul Pex has extensive experience in program management and operations within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Business Information & Operations Services at TNO since April 2018, Paul previously held multiple managerial positions at the Energy Research Centre of the Netherlands (ECN) from January 1997 to April 2018, including Manager of Quality, Safety, Health & Environment, Manager of Thin-film PV, and Group Manager of Molecular Separation Technology. Paul earned an M.Sc. in Materials Science & Engineering from Delft University of Technology between 1980 and 1987.
