Rinus Elsman

Rinus Elsman is a Senior Consultant in System Transitions and Strategy at TNO, where they focus on energy transitions and strategic initiatives. They previously held positions as a Business Analyst Intern at Eneco, analyzing the financial impacts of renewable energy investments, and served as a Strategy Advisor and Project Manager at EnergieTransitie Versneller from 2018 to 2020. Rinus earned a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Technology from Delft University of Technology, where they graduated cum laude, and has extensive language training including Mandarin, German, and Spanish. Currently, they also teach Mandarin pronunciation through their own venture, Speaking Cormorant.
