Roy Mente

Roy Mente is a Senior Innovation Consultant specializing in Defence and National Security at TNO since September 2012, where responsibilities include program management, consulting, and business development for military and national security projects. Concurrently, Roy serves as a consultant and Reservist Lieutenant Colonel with the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, focusing on forensic investigation capabilities and leading the innovation strategy. Previous roles encompass Program Manager of Innovation at the Royal Marechaussee, Program Manager of Research & Innovation for the Police Netherlands, and various positions in ICT consulting. Roy holds a Master's degree in ICT Management from HvU Middlesex University and has pursued further education in Cyber Security, Innovation Management, and various project management methodologies.
