Sjoerd Gelsema

Sjoerd Gelsema is a Senior Scientist at TNO - Electronic Defence, bringing extensive experience in radar technology and project management. They previously held positions as a Senior Naval Radar Engineer at the Ministerie van Defensie and as a Senior Scientist at the NATO Communications and Information Agency. Sjoerd completed both a Master's degree and a Ph.D. in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology. With a certification as a Prince2® Practitioner, Sjoerd approaches problem-solving with a logical and pragmatic mindset while balancing organizational management with technical challenges.
