Stefan Bäumer

Stefan Bäumer is a Principal Scientist and Senior Optical System Designer at TNO, where they have been working since 2012. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Principal Engineer at Philips Lighting and held various positions at Philips, including Senior Optical System Designer and Optical Designer. They earned a Dr. in Physics from Technische Universität Berlin, along with a MSc from Washington State University and a bachelor's degree in Physics from The University of Bonn. With expertise in system architecture, optical design, and optical engineering, Stefan has contributed significantly to diverse applications, including lithography and bio-photonics.
