Tom H. is a Human Factors researcher at TNO since April 2016, following a role as a campus tour guide at the University of Twente from September 2013 to April 2016. In the tour guide position, Tom H. created custom tours highlighting the art, architecture, and historical significance of the university's campus for business relations and private parties. Tom H. holds a Master of Science in Human Factors & Engineering Psychology from the University of Twente, obtained between 2014 and 2015, and has completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the same institution from 2010 to 2013.
