Subramanian L has extensive experience in human resources management, serving in various capacities across multiple organizations. At TNQTech, Subramanian held the position of Deputy General Manager Human Resources from June 2022 to March 2024. Prior to this, Subramanian was involved with Sundaram Finance Group for eight years, starting as Deputy Manager Human Resources and advancing to Human Resources Manager from July 2014 to May 2022. Earlier roles include Business Partner HR at Prasad Group of Companies and Assistant HR Manager at Valor Technologies. Subramanian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from SRM University, completed between January 2004 and January 2006.
