Caitlin Sharp

Caitlin Sharp is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Partner and Director of Business Operations at TNTP since September 2020. Prior to this, Caitlin held the position of Director of Technology and Data at Ewing Marion Kauffman School, where responsibilities included managing a team to improve performance metrics across multiple schools and collaborating on impact studies with external partners. Caitlin’s previous roles also include Education Strategist at Double Line Partners, where project management and business development were key responsibilities, and involvement in program evaluation at the Texas Education Agency. Early career experience includes serving as a Data Management Specialist at PS 230 Dr. Roland N. Patterson School and teaching English Language Learners as part of Teach For America. Caitlin holds a Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Religious Studies from Southern Methodist University.
