Deborah Euzebio

Director, Community Coalitions, Policy & Advocacy

Deborah Euzebio has extensive experience in education policy and advocacy, having served in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Recently, as the Senior Director of Policy at New Leaders, Deborah focused on impactful policy development. Previous positions include Education Policy Specialist at the Maryland State Education Association and Capitol Hill Legislative Fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives. Earlier accomplishments involve fundraising for professional development programs in Baltimore City and significantly contributing to educational initiatives as a teacher in Baltimore City Public Schools. In addition to teaching, Deborah managed operations and developed fellowship curricula at Impact Now and has engaged in policy analysis with organizations such as Strong Schools Maryland and the Urban Leaders Fellowship. Currently, Deborah holds positions as Principal Consultant at D&E Consulting and Director of Community Coalitions, Policy & Advocacy at TNTP, alongside serving as a Policy Analyst for the Blueprint for Maryland's Future Accountability & Implementation Board.
