Lisa Mendelson is an entrepreneurial leader with over 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, and brand management across the food, legal, and tech sectors. Currently, Lisa serves as the President of Global Business Development at Tnuva and co-founded Seed + Mill, bringing tahini and halva to New York’s culinary scene. Lisa previously held roles as General Manager and CMO for Solato USA, where they led initiatives that resulted in significant growth. Additionally, Lisa launched Yogo Tel Aviv, Israel’s first frozen yogurt chain, scaling it into a successful network. Lisa holds an LL.M. in International Law and an LL.B. in English and Hebrew Law from Manchester University and is fluent in English and Hebrew.
