(To Help Everyone) Health and Wellness Centers has been improving the well-being of in-need, underserved communities in Los Angeles by providing access to high-quality healthcare and preventive education for all, regardless of ability to pay, while being mindful of the diverse cultural, social and economic factors that make up the foundation of the community.

This multidisciplinary team, including EHR Specialists, HIV/AIDS Medical Care Coordination Case Managers, Physician Assistants, Medical Scribes, and Staff Physicians, delivers high-quality medical care, coordinates specialized treatments, and facilitates accurate documentation, all while fostering personal relationships with patients. They aim to enhance community health by integrating preventive education and encouraging proactive, healthy lifestyle choices.
