Darrel Plants

Darrel Plants has extensive experience in project management and cost analysis, currently serving as the Implementation and Training Manager at Toadfly Technologies, LLC since May 2020. Previously held roles include Customer Support Manager at Phillips 66 from 2019 to May 2020 and Turnaround Lead in Project Controls at Omega Project Solutions from March 2010 to May 2020, which involved managing cost engineering for turnaround projects at the Phillips66 Alliance Refinery. Darrel also worked at Valero Energy Corporation as a Senior Turnaround Planner and Cost Analyst from March 1998 to February 2010, where responsibilities included estimating project costs, budget development, and supervising project planners. Additionally, Darrel served as an Avionics Technical Inspector in the Army National Guard from January 1988 to July 2017.
