Andrea Ohm

Andrea Ohm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in onboarding, project management, and client relations. Currently serving as Area Vice President of Payroll Onboarding at Toast since July 2019, Andrea has driven the development and success of a new platform team while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and metrics achievement. Previous roles at Toast include Director, Onboarding (Employee Cloud) and Senior Onboarding Manager, where Andrea led teams and implemented process improvements. Prior to Toast, Andrea worked as a Project Manager at StratEx Partners and held various positions at Marcus Evans, achieving rapid promotion to Senior Account Executive. Andrea’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Boston University, complemented by early research experience and student advising roles.
