Anna Luongo is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in various management and culinary roles. Currently serving as the Senior Menu Onboarding Manager at Toast since September 2021, Anna has progressed through multiple positions within the company, showcasing expertise in menu onboarding and training. Prior to Toast, Anna held the position of Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Event Planner at Cleveland Racquet Club, where team training and member satisfaction were key initiatives. As the Chef & Owner of Meal Prep & Catering by Anna and through roles such as Assistant Manager & Head Chef at Barrel Run Crossing Winery and Purchasing Manager at High Octane Coffee, Anna has demonstrated skill in optimizing team productivity and menu development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Kent State University and a Culinary Arts Certificate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
