Brian Rowe is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Toast, where they apply extensive IT expertise gained from previous roles. They worked as a Systems Administrator at Mobile Heartbeat and Velir, overseeing various technological environments and implementing key applications and systems. Earlier, they served as a Business Systems and Information Technology Administrator at Flatout, Inc., where they managed critical manufacturing systems and brought IT services in-house. Brian began their career as a Technical Support Analyst Intern at Seventh Generation and later worked as an IT Specialist at Ironside, where they supported a large user base and managed network systems. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking and Information Security from Champlain College.
