Brooke Criswell

Brooke Criswell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer education and learning design, currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning Design at Toast since April 2019. Previously, Brooke held several roles at Toast, including Manager of Customer Education and Video Education Specialist. Prior to joining Toast, Brooke worked at Oracle from May 2017 to April 2019, where positions included Territory Account Executive and Senior Business Development Consultant in BI & Analytics. Brooke's career began at Starbucks as a Customer Service Team Lead, supplemented by a marketing internship at Roskilde Festival. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed studies at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
