Chance Kirsch is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Sr. Principal Software Engineer and Technical Design Lead at Toast since June 2016, Chance has also held senior engineering roles at Genesys Impact and Crowdkeep from November 2014 to May 2016. Prior experience includes work as a Web Developer at W. L. Gore & Associates and as a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin from September 2007 to December 2013, where responsibilities included project leadership for various R&D initiatives and development of reporting tools. Chance's early career also involved internships at CNN and JDA Software, focusing on software development and news production. Chance holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and dual Master's degrees in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
