Chloe Grimes is currently serving as a Performance Partner for EMEA at Toast since October 2023, following a role as Associate People Operations Manager in the same region. Prior to Toast, Chloe held the position of Employee Success (HR) People Advisor Team Lead at Salesforce from January 2022 to October 2023. Chloe's career began at Medtronic, where an extensive tenure from May 2016 to January 2022 included roles as HRBO Supervisor/HR Data Specialist, HR Data Specialist, Associate HR Shared Services Specialist, and HRIS Specialist. Chloe holds a Master of Science in Work and Organisational Behaviour from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology and Psychological Studies from the University of Galway.
