Dave Fleming

Dave Fleming is the Global Head of Fintech and Infrastructure Engineering at Toast, where they lead efforts in fintech engineering, platform modernization, and AI adoption. Their previous role as EVP at Mastercard involved steering global innovation in AI, real-time payments, and emerging technologies. With prior experience at Citi and various tech companies, they have built a reputation for fostering high-velocity teams and driving intelligent systems that create real-world impact. Dave is currently enrolled in the Executive Leadership Program at Mastercard and holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Griffith College Dublin.
