David Kagan currently serves as Regional Vice President of Retail Sales at Toast, starting in May 2023, after holding the position of District Sales Manager. Prior to this role, David Kagan spent over a decade at the U.S. Department of State as a Special Agent and Program Director, successfully managing fugitive apprehensions, crisis de-escalation, and diplomatic relations. Earlier experience includes working as a Wealth Manager at Wells Fargo Advisors from 2011 to 2012, where tailored financial strategies were provided to clients, and as an Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2009 to 2011, where a strong portfolio of investors was managed and significant commission growth was achieved. David Kagan also served in the U.S. Army as a Senior Scout Observer from 2000 to January 2004. David Kagan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University.
