Deanne Jones

Deanne Jones is an experienced professional in talent management and learning development, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Toast since January 2025. Previously, Deanne held the position of Vice President of Learning, Talent & Employee Experience at MOD Pizza, where oversight of learning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement led to significant improvements in satisfaction and retention. At Starbucks, Deanne excelled as Director of Global Learning Content Development and as Senior Manager of Retail Learning, implementing innovative training techniques and strategies to enhance employee performance. Deanne's background includes roles in clinical informatics education at UW Medicine, as well as leadership positions at Washington Mutual Bank and PEMCO. Deanne holds a Master of Education in Counseling/HR from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Riverside.
