Deanne Jones

Deanne Jones is an accomplished professional in talent management and employee development with a robust history in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Toast since January 2025, Deanne previously held the position of VP of Learning, Talent & Employee Experience at MOD Pizza, overseeing learning and employee engagement initiatives. At Starbucks, Deanne served as Director of Global Learning Content Development and was responsible for implementing innovative training solutions. Prior experience includes significant roles in clinical informatics education at UW Medicine and leadership development at Washington Mutual Bank. Deanne holds a Master of Education in Counseling/HR from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Riverside.
